Shifts:

• Shift 1:
  Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Shift 2:
  Monday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM & Friday, 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Bristol. Looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their Dispatch and Inbound teams. These full‑time, hands‑on roles are in a busy warehouse environment, suitable for reliable and motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team.

Counterbalance forklift experience is essential. A formal licence is not required, but you must have recent, hands‑on experience operating a counterbalance forklift, whether in‑house trained or from previous roles.

• Unloading deliveries and booking goods into the system
• Moving stock into storage using a counterbalance forklift
• Checking quantities and quality of incoming stock
• Maintaining accurate inventory records

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing items for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping
• Loading finished goods onto delivery vehicles
• Assisting with light assembly tasks if required

Both roles include general housekeeping duties and support smooth warehouse operations.

• Experience using a counterbalance forklift (licence not required)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or goods‑in environment
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑keeping
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
