This role is at the heart of preparing orders for customers in a state‑of‑the‑art warehouse in Bristol. You will be working in both ambient and chill areas (-5℃).

• Despatch – Loading individual totes into frames for delivery vans and sorting returns.
• Pick – Picking and packing customer orders into totes, assisted by robots.
• Inbound – Receiving goods from suppliers and placing them into totes for robots and pickers.
• Freezer – Picking and packing frozen items for orders inside a large freezer (up to
  -25℃).

• Days Pick/Freezer – 06:00 – 16:00 (4 days)
• Nights Pick/Freezer – 20:00 – 06:00 (4 nights)
• Days Despatch – 07:00 – 17:00 (4 days)
• Nights Despatch – 21:00 – 07:00 (4 nights)
• Days Inbound – 07:00 – 18:00 (4 days)
• Nights Inbound – 19:00 – 05:00 (4 nights)

• Basic rate: £12.60 per hour
• Night shift premium (11:45 pm – 5:45 am): £3.34 per hour
• Freezer premium: £0.80 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.25× basic

• No previous experience required – just bring yourself and a positive attitude.
