• Pay: £14.49 - £16.91 per hour.

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We offer a permanent full‑time position with a variety of shift patterns. Working 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. Some part‑time work may also be available.

• Days – 06:00 to 14:00
• Nights – 20:00 to 04:00

We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.49 for the day shifts and £16.91 for afternoon, late and night shifts. Full‑time positions are guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, with overtime regularly available.

• Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
• Keep accurate records.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Work within health and safety requirements of the site.
• Possibly support goods in and loading operations.

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Must be physically fit to meet productivity targets.
• A friendly, positive and hard‑working approach to work.
• Experience working in a warehouse or manual handling is an advantage but not essential.
