Position: Warehouse Operative -Earn £13.50 up to £30.19 p/h

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at Emerald Park, Folly Brook Road, BS16 7FE
.

Opportunity to earn £459 weekly in the first 12 weeks of experience and £555 weekly after 12 weeks of experience on site. (Please note this is based on 34 hours worked a week)

This is an ongoing position with the possibility of going from temporary to permanent!

The rate of pay is £13.50 to £30.19 per hour

- First 12 weeks £13.50 per hour, weekends £17.41 per hour.
- After 12 weeks £16.33 per hour, weekends £20.41 per hour
+ Performance bonus
+ A weekend bonus of 20% is paid on top of the normal rate.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 5 out of 7. The hours of work are:

- Chill 1:30pm to 9:30pm

This role would not be suitable for students due to shift requirements.

Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for handling goods and your day-to-day duties will include:

- Picking produce and selecting stock
- Stacking items into cages
- Delivering items and cages to the loaders
- Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment

Heavy lifting of up to 25kg is involved in this role.

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and can meet targets and deadlines.

You need to be able to speak English at a conversational level so that you can communicate easily and effectively with the team.

Experience in a similar role is required.
