Position Overview
Join to apply for the M&E Project Manager role at Mount Anvil
.
We’re looking for a driven, agile M&E Project Manager who can lead the MEP process during preconstruction and delivery. You will be responsible for two projects – one in Clapham, due for completion in June 2026 and comprising 307 new homes near Clapham Junction station, and, upon completion of Clapham, the preconstruction of Lots Road, just the other side of the Thames.
This project involves 264 high‑quality units built over five blocks.
You’ll have experience in large residential projects, working on the design and delivery phases. You will be accustomed to liaising with and coordinating consultants and subcontractors, working alongside commercial and design teams, and engaging in planning and reporting. You’ll manage various stakeholders, including clients and local authorities, and, in the long term, drive the M&E design through a Gateway 2 submission.
Culture & ExpectationsOur culture is high‑performance. High performance in this role means ensuring that each stage – Design, Pre‑Construction, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Witnessing – is executed to top quality and on time. Strong planning skills are key, including the ability to schedule M&E works on site effectively and address daily on‑site challenges as they arise. Collaboration is fundamental – you’ll support teammates by providing clear direction and maintaining close contact with subcontractors, consultants, and partners.
This is a culture where you’ll give and receive feedback from day one, fostering rapid learning and trust. We’re challenged by you – we avoid unnecessary hierarchy, and the phrase “my way or the highway” has no place here. If you’re interested in working on a flagship scheme, apply now!
