• 🔧 Manufacture products to precise dimensions and high-quality standards
• ⚙️ Use a range of hand-held tools and measuring equipment confidently and safely
• 📦 Check stock and materials thoroughly - report shortages or quality issues immediately
• 🚚 Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time
• 🗣️ Communicate effectively with your supervisor about progress, issues, or delays
• 🔁 Rotate between different areas of production - flexibility is key!
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
• 📊 Take part in stock counts and occasional overtime when required

  Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (essential)
• 🪛
  Experience using hand-held tools and measuring equipment
• 👋 Good manual dexterity and ability to perform standing/lifting tasks
• 🔢 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 🤝 A team player who can also work independently once trained
• ⏰ Reliable, punctual, and organised with good time management
• 💪 Flexible, adaptable, and positive "can-do" attitude
• 🧮 Good numeracy, literacy, and basic IT skills
