Community Teamwork is seeking a Lead Residential Counselor for the New Women’s Shelter in Lowell, MA. You will work 2nd shift (4pm–12am), Monday–Friday, supporting women in a congregate shelter with life skills coaching and trauma-informed care.
This full-time role focuses on safety, program compliance, and compassionate service, with duties including incident documentation, daily housekeeping, and coordination of client orientation. CTI values Equity, Integrity, and Compassion guide every day.
