I have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a highly successful Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices near Bromley, Kent, and working on projects locally, as well as in London.

The company have been operating since the 1960’s and have an excellent reputation for delivering a range of challenging and interesting projects to the highest professional standards. As a result, the business win a lot of repeat business from their clients.

They carry out a variety of new build, refurbishment and restoration projects across multiple sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Ecclesiastical. They undertake projects across the South East and London, between £500,000 to £10m.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager that has strong all round main contracting experience that can oversee projects from inception through to completion, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. The ideal person will be confident on new build, refurbishment and extension projects up to £10m in value, and have experience across multiple sectors.

Senior Site Manager:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable main contractor
• Confident on New Build and Refurbishment projects up to £10m in value
• Ideally have experience across a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare and Commercial
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Strong on Health & Safety
• Excellent Man Manager
• Able to commute to Bromley / work in London on a daily basis
