• Provide specialist assessment and treatment to adults with acquired dysphagia and communication disorders.
• Manage a varied caseload independently, ensuring that each client receives tailored care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical interventions and progress.
• Offer guidance and support to clients and their families, helping them to achieve their communication goals.

• Proven experience working with an acquired dysphagia and communication caseload at Band 6 or Band 7 level.
• Health Professions Council Licence to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Ability to independently manage a dysphagia caseload with confidence and competence.
• Successful completion of the RCSLT Newly Qualified SLT competencies framework.
• Must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle for travel within Bromley and the surrounding areas.
