About the Role:

Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships

Taking the lead on client relationships and offering that all-important personal touch

Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and helping to mentor and guide them

Preparing management accounts, VAT returns and assisting with ad hoc projects when needed

Getting involved in improving processes and supporting the firm as it continues to grow

Requirements

What we're Looking for:

You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist level with strong experience), qualified by experience considered

Have solid experience in an accountancy practice environment, supporting clients with turnovers over £1 million

Be confident in client communication and able to work independently when needed

You’ll bring a positive attitude and be a real team player

Ideally, you’ll be comfortable using cloud-based software like Xero or Quick Books
