Purpose

As our Personal Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) , you’ll be responsible for comprehensive and confidential support to the CCO to ensure the commercial strategic goals are achieved.

As our PA to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the diary of the CCO, including booking appointments & arranging travel and accommodation. Ensuring his time is managed efficiently.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ensuring the CCO is fully prepared for their day, including providing necessary paperwork and information ahead of time.
  • Communicating messages verbally and in writing on behalf of the CCO, including following up on action points.
  • Managing various projects and deadlines, directly related to the CCO’s priorities.
  • Liaising with senior people outside of the organisation, such as potential vendors.
  • Filtering general information, post, queries, telephone calls by re‑directing or taking forward as appropriate.
  • Collate and circulate management information.

What we are looking for in our ideal PA to the CCO
:

  • Previous experience of being a personal assistant to a member of a Senior Management team.
  • High levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Analytical thinking
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
