Bim Manager

Known for their commercial refurbishment and fit out schemes, they have over 60 years of experience delivering much more than the office schemes you may be familiar with.

Building projects between £500,000 to £40m, in any environment that enables them to live up to their reputation of expertise in tackling complex schemes and working in true collaboration with clients and their design teams.

The Role

The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading digital construction processes, model coordination and ISO 19650–compliant workflows across all Construction projects.

The role will drive efficient design coordination, enhance risk management, and ensure delivery of the Golden Thread throughout both pre-construction and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

* Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)

* Oversee federated models and coordinate design and trade contractor inputs

* Manage clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto and lead issue resolution

* Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols and alignment with document control

* Support pre-construction through 3D logistics modelling, sequencing and 4D outputs

* Integrate Open Space and digital QA processes within the BIM environment

* Deliver BIM training and support capability development across project teams

* Support Golden Thread and Building Safety Act compliance requirements

* Carry out LiDAR scanning during pre-construction and construction

* Produce senior-level reporting on BIM performance, coordination progress and efficiencies
