Business Analyst - 12-Month FTC

West Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

REED Technology are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, driving change, and delivering impactful solutions. If you have a background in Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services, and you're passionate about leveraging Agile methodologies and CRM systems to transform business processes, this role is for you.

Join a forward-thinking organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives. You'll act as the voice of the customer, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and ensuring projects deliver real value quickly and effectively.

• Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Work closely with digital transformation teams to convert requirements into user stories for Agile development sprints.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Document and propose solutions, oversee implementation, and support change initiatives.
• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure successful release handovers.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems - XPlan preferred, but IRISS, Salesforce, or similar will be considered.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Birmingham 3 days per week.
• You must have full rights to work in the UK without any restrictions or sponsorship requirements.
