We are looking to appoint a commercially driven and collaborative Marketing Lead, who will implement divisional marketing activity that supports the successful promotion of our developments at all stages of their lifecycle across the Midlands and North West. Reporting into the Senior Divisional Marketing Manager, the role will play a key part in launching our new sites and accelerating sales at our tail-end developments, ensuring all marketing aligns with business objectives and brand standards.

The role will also contribute to divisional meetings, budget management, and ongoing innovation to support sales success.

• Leading the planning and implementation of specific Divisional marketing strategies across multiple developments, including all local advertising and sponsorship.
