We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, and clean room construction projects throughout Westchester County and the surrounding region. This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and at the highest level of quality.

What You'll Do

+ Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project closeout

+ Manage subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, safety, quality, and daily operations

+ Coordinate RFIs, submittals, inspections, and change orders

+ Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved

+ Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery

+ Proactively identify and resolve field issues while maintaining productivity

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing jobsite

What We're Looking For

+ 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

+ Experience managing commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, manufacturing, or clean room projects

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and lead field teams

+

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software

+ OSHA 30 Certification preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Westchester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
