Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and information on cannabis products.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and educate customers about different cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
• Sales and Transactions: Process sales, accept payment, and provide receipts to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring product availability.
• Compliance: Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations, including age verification, responsible sales practices, and product labeling.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of cannabis products and effects.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
• Full-Time: Typically 30-40 hours per week.
• Shifts: May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with varying start and end times.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as the retail environment often requires coverage on peak shopping days.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $12.00 per hour
• Average Salary: $15.00 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $18.00 per hour
