Average of 42 hours a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Emergency Services & Agency Coordination
• CCTV Monitoring
• CCTV & Incident Investigations
• Training & Development

• -Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by your Supervisor or Manager
• -The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
• -1-2 years' experience working within a Security Operations Centre / Control Room environment - (desirable)
• -The ability and willingness to obtain a high level of security clearance
• -Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, including occasional short-notice operational requirements
• -The ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
• -Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
• -The ability to produce accurate logs, reports and routine correspondence
• -Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
• -Confidence, professionalism and absolute integrity at all times
• -A willingness to embrace new training, development opportunities and changes in working practices Willing to undergo any relevant training, work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
