Lead functional analysis for payroll software projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize solutions, and ensure quality delivery."

Key responsibilities

Create and maintain functional specifications for payroll projects in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.

Estimate workload for required features and coordinate planning with cross-functional teams.

Optimize existing software and define test scenarios, prepare test data, and validate implementations against specifications.

Support development and service desk teams and ensure comprehensive project documentation.

Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of the software department.
