As an OP-Warehouse Responsible, you play a crucial role in supporting the management team by keeping operations running smoothly. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience and be empowered to make a difference. Your main responsibilities include:
Stockroom and Operations Management :
Anticipate needs and ensure stockroom organization aligns with trends and forecasts.
Team Training and Development :
Mentor and develop the stock team for optimal performance.
Technical Support :
Ensure store devices are operational, addressing technical issues by coordinating with IT and GS teams.
Health & Safety Compliance :
Guarantee that all Health & Safety procedures are understood and strictly followed.
Sales Floor Replenishment :
Respond promptly to sales floor requests, ensuring products and sizes are available to meet customer needs.
