As a  Product Manager  you are responsible for the commercial identity of your department.
You combine fashion sense, analytical thinking, and leadership to make strategic decisions.
You know your customers, follow market trends, and motivate your team to reach sales goals.

MAKE EVERY DAY EXCEPTIONAL – What you’ll do
Product
Manage the commercial identity of your section and implement product guidelines.
Analyse performance and set up action plans to achieve sales targets.
Know your products and their sales potential, providing valuable feedback.
Identify fashion trends and adapt them to store reality.
Contribute to the commercial strategy and visual layout of the store.
People
Identify new visual and commercial talents within the team.
Provide training and development for future visual-commercial leaders.
Plan weekly schedules with the visual team.
Work closely with management to support team development.
Customer Experience
Understand customer profiles and analyse their needs.
Collaborate with the CX team to strengthen the in-store experience.
Promote a positive  Mix & Match  atmosphere and exceptional service.
Processes
Plan and coordinate deliveries and updates with the visual team.
Analyse weekly results and implement improvement actions.
Participate in training and continuous development programs.
