React Developer

Position: Experis - React Developer
We are currently looking for an experienced React Developer with a strong focus on front-end engineering.

The ideal consultant has built complex web applications using modern React (hooks, context, state management, performance optimization) and is able to deliver clean, scalable, maintainable code in an Agile environment.

Experience with Java on the backend is considered a valuable asset, but the core expectation remains a pure React specialist.

Key responsibilities

Develop, enhance and maintain front-end features using React (Hooks, functional components, state management libraries, etc.).

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs into high-quality interfaces.

Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews and best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute actively to continuous improvement.

Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (REST/Graph

QL).

Optimize performance and ensure a smooth, responsive user experience.

Required skills & experience

Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Front-end or React Developer.

Mastery of React, JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, HTML5, CSS
3.

Solid understanding of front-end architecture, component-driven development and state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tooling.

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Comfortable interacting with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have:

Experience with Java (Spring Boot, APIs, Micro Services).

Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).

Soft skills:
