We are looking for a Night Care Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience.

• To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
• Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations, respecting each individual’s uniqueness and supporting informed choices.
• Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively; facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities such as family visits, walks, and other chosen activities.
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parklands policies and procedures.
