Part‑time (31.5 hours per week), permanent support practitioner on waking night shifts. Work 3–4 nights per week between 22:00–07:00, with rotational weekends and public holidays. Each night shift is paid at the normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 per night. Flexibility to attend training and build relationships during day shifts is required.

• Provide support to five individuals in their own homes.
• Assist individuals in identifying and working toward personal goals and developing personal plans.
• Help individuals maintain independence and support personal care, social and health needs.
• Encourage engagement in hobbies, leisure activities and community participation.
• Attend training sessions and build relationships with individuals during day shifts.
