Job DescriptionWe have a brand-new opening for a Workshop Technician to join a market leading Construction Equipment Manufacturing business based in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career within a well-established brand, where you shall receive an abundance of training, skill development, and career progression.
You will be tasked with providing technical support on all machinery in the workshop, within an environment that offers excellent working conditions, becoming an integral part of a close-nit friendly team.
Responsibilities- Carry out service, repair, and maintenance on a range of cranes within the workshop
- Identify any faults within hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, ensuring compliance of company health and safety regulations.
- Hold an NVQ or City & Guilds in Engineering
- Previous experience working on HGVs, Heavy Goods Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Buses, Coaches, Plant Machinery or Construction Equipment is required
- Must be a team player and show willingness to learn
