Skilled Construction Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Skilled Construction Laborers for projects located in and around Buffalo, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20–$27 /hour based on experience and skill level. • Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Perform demolition, material handling, and site preparation
• Assist with framing, concrete, drywall, and other general construction activities
• Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company policies

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on construction experience preferred
• Experience operating hand and power tools
• Familiarity with general construction practices and jobsite safety requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to various jobsites
• Basic construction hand tools preferred
• OSHA Certification is a plus; TI may provide to qualified candidates
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
