Project Manager Engineer

Responsibility

• Manage and oversee ELV projects (such as CCTV, access control, network, intercom, or solar systems) from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, documentation, and reports to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise site installation works, testing & commissioning, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost control and quality performance.
• Handle on-site issues and provide timely solutions to minimize project delays.
• Work closely with the management team to align with company's business adjustment and project goals.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Singapore regulations and safety requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ELV / security system / ICT / construction project management.
• Strong understanding of systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, network, or solar systems.
• Able to read technical drawings and site layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Familiar with project scheduling, documentation, and site safety practices.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

• 5 days work week (9:00~18:00, Mon~Fri)
