Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and marinate meat, seafood, and vegetables for skewers
- Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving according to the menu
- Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time
- Assemble skewers according to restaurant standards
- Ensure proper food handling and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of prep area
- Monitor ingredient stock and assist in ordering
- Support kitchen during peak hours when needed
- at least 3 years experience as Chef and have experience in handling BBQ sskewers
- Able to work quickly and neatly
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
