- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2)
- Lust auf täglichen Umgang mit Kunden
- Fähigkeit, Kunden aktiv zuzuhören

- lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Grundkenntnisse am PC (den Rest zeigen wir dir)
- Kundenanfragen an der Hotline effektiv bearbeiten
- Störungen im Internet und Festnetz beheben
- Kundendaten pflegen
- bestehende Kunden betreuen und beraten
