Head of Cyber Security Consulting

We are expanding our Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues and leaders joining us. To support the team in Bulle (FR) Switzerland, we are looking for a Head of Cyber Security Consulting. The scope of duties includes the following:

Leads internal and external teams of consulting unit,enables business value,provides strategic guidance and technical expertise, allocates specialists.

• Develop and execute the cybersecurity consulting strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
• Advise divisions on cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations
• Develop and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions in scope of IT, OT and Product Security
• Delivers Risk Assessment, Security Architecture Reviews, and Security Solution Designs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT, Cybersecurity or Business Consulting, and 3+ years in a leadership role ideally in Cybersecurity
• Following certificates are preferred; CISSP or CISM, ITIL or COBIT, TOGAF as well as Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• English is a Must, German and French are a plus.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong knowledge of security technologies
• Customer and Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Readiness for global travel
