Construction Foreman

Transportation required to our Burlington yard.

$35+ /hr A working landscape foreman/woman is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising construction landscaping projects as well as performing hands on tasks.

Minimum 5 years experience in high-end residential/commercial landscape design/build

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Ability to lead, motivate, instruct and delegate to a crew of 2-5 employees and sub-trades

Good working knowledge of all hardscaping, softscaping, accent lighting, concrete, woodwork, and irrigation systems etc.

Extensive experience with softscaping in landscape construction including knowledge of plant , installation. sodding and following of layout plans.

Experience with the safe operation of track loaders, mini excavators, compaction equipment and other power tools.

Experience planning daily operations with the Operations and Construction managers

The ability to meet the physical demands of an all-season outdoor job

You understand, manage, instruct and prevent occupational hazards using industry safety practices

Ability to communicate professionally with clients and strive to exceed their expectations

A vehicle and a valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
