Senior Medico-Legal Cost Analyst

Analyze medico-legal costs remotely from Ontario or Quebec, using financial forecasting and litigation assessment to evaluate complex case exposure.

As Senior Analyst, Medico-Legal Estimates, you will develop projections, interpret case information, and support financial and operational decisions. The work combines litigation knowledge, financial analysis, predictive analytics, and collaboration with legal defence counsel firms. You will also translate findings into recommendations and reporting for senior leaders and committees.

• Develop and maintain future medico-legal cost estimates
• Investigate variances between incurred and expected expenses
• Identify cases requiring enhanced review and estimate adjustments
• Enhance predictive models and forecasting methodologies
• Prepare executive reports, analyses, and presentations

• Four-year degree in a relevant discipline
• At least seven years of relevant experience
• Experience assessing complex litigation and financial exposure
• Financial analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence experience
• Experience with AI-enabled analytical tools
