** What You'll Bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science or a related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic planning, analytics, or related roles with exposure to strategic and operational responsibilities.
* Strong analytical and independent research capabilities.
* Effective communicator in distilling complex subjects to executive insights.
* Proficiency in data analysis and advanced data visualization. Excel experience is required. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python, and SAS experiences are a plus.
* Experience in financial services, startup, product management, risk management, or customer engagement is preferred.
** Impact You'll Make:
** The Senior Consultant, Data Strategy is responsible for defining and implementing Trans Union’s data asset strategy. This role is integral to driving product innovation and delivering value across the organization. The incumbent will lead initiatives that promote financial inclusion, advance industry innovation, and uphold Trans Union’s mission of Information for Good.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Shape Trans Union’s strategic roadmap by gathering market intelligence, identifying data needs and opportunities, engaging customers, and securing cross-functional buy-ins and approvals for data initiatives.
* Advance thought leadership as a data subject matter expert (SME) through executive-level communications, publishable research, and proactive insights.
* Drive data acquisition and governance by identifying and evaluating data suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and strategic alignment.
* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and supplier relationships, including leading negotiations and managing contract agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
* Define, track, and interpret KPIs to optimize the performance and value of Trans Union’s data assets.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
