We are seeking a full-time Dev Ops Engineer with strong expertise in Jenkins CI/CD administration, build management, source control operations, and Azure infrastructure management. The role will focus on maintaining and optimizing build and deployment pipelines, troubleshooting build issues, managing virtual machine environments, and supporting software delivery processes. The ideal candidate should also possess development experience in C#, .NET, and C++ to assist with application enhancements, automation, and issue resolution when required.

Your Role
• Administer, maintain, and optimize Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable build and deployment processes.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Jenkins jobs, build agents, and deployment workflows, resolving build failures and performance issues.
• Manage Bitbucket source control activities, including branch creation, merging, code integration, and release validation.
• Support and maintain build, test, and deployment environments, including static and dynamic virtual machine infrastructure.
• Administer Azure cloud resources, virtual machines, subscriptions, and deployment environments while ensuring governance and cost optimization.
• Drive automation, monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance build reliability and deployment efficiency.
• Contribute to application development and support using C#, .NET, and C++, including defect resolution, code reviews, and modernization efforts.

Your skills and experience
• 8+ Years of strong hands-on experience with Jenkins administration and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience troubleshooting Jenkins build failures and infrastructure-related issues.
• Experience with CI/CD best practices and software delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Git-based branching strategies.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration and system troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure subscriptions and resources.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of scripting languages - python, powershell is good to have
• Working knowledge of C++ development and debugging.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,730 - $150,800/Year Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
