Four-day work week (Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts) offers a three-day weekend each week. You will work with a small crew to outfit highly specialized vessels and contribute to steady, year-round production.
A $5000 signing bonus is available for experienced technicians transitioning from a comparable shop, highlighting stability and craftsmanship at Munson Boats.
