• Financial Statements Preparation
  :
  Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Assurance Support
  :
  Lead and conduct review engagements in accordance with professional standards, providing assurance services to clients and helping to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Tax Services
  :
  Provide support for tax planning and compliance services, including the preparation of both corporate and individual tax returns as well as other tax compliances including T4’s and T3’s and addressing client tax-related queries.
• Project Management
  :
  Collaborate effectively with managers and partners on various accounting projects, ensuring clear communication and contributing to the achievement of project goals and timelines.
• Record Maintenance
  :
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Client Interaction
  :
  Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
• Software Utilization
  :
  Use accounting software and tools proficiently to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Leadership and Mentorship
  :
  Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior accountants, fostering professional development.
• Additional Tasks
  :
  Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and firm.

• Completion of the CFE (The Common Final Examination) is mandatary.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting public practice experience. Proficient in ASPE, CSRE 2400 and CSRS 4200. Minimum 2 years of assurance experience.
• Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with software's such as Caseware, Caseview, Tax Prep, and Profile.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and Sage, and other accounting software.
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem solver with solid analytical skills.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize a complex workload with a high degree of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is an asset.
