Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – German or Dutch

Join Fraserway RV as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the 2026 season. Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV company, with full-service dealerships coast to coast, leading in selling, servicing, and renting recreational vehicles.

• Meet and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Provide RV rental information and guidance
• Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
• Demonstrate RV features (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick-up
• Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Assist other departments as needed

• Fluent in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele
• Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a desire to help make customers’ vacation dreams come true

• Positions: full-time and part-time seasonal (2026 season)
• Hourly pay: $19–$21 based on experience and qualifications
