Specialist, Customer Service Rep – Linehaul (CAN) –

Compensation for this role is $55,000, with potential bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skill set.
What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like- Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectations
- Analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessary
- Maintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurements
- Establish a plan to align service partners for success
- Review available capacity within the shipping region (if known) and schedule pickup appointments within predefined guidelines
- 1 year of experience in transportation or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision and/or in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude to achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement, claims adjusters, etc., and to influence business/function leaders
- Strong organizational and investigative skills
