Diagnostic Radiologist

Job Summary

Royal Columbian and Eagle Ridge Hospitals Medical Imaging Departments are recruiting one full time, fellowship-trained general radiologist. This is a permanent position. The successful applicants will be expected to provide diagnostic medical imaging at Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) and Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH) in General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI, and participate in the on‑call schedule.

Royal Columbian Hospital is a busy site located in New Westminster, British Columbia and provides tertiary care services to the Fraser Health Authority (FHA) in Neurosciences, Cardiovascular, Trauma, Obstetrics/Perinatology, and Interventional Radiology. Eagle Ridge Hospital is situated in the beautiful and rapidly growing suburb of Port Moody and provides community level hospital services to Port Moody, Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam. Med Ray Imaging in Coquitlam is a modern, vibrant fully digital facility providing the whole range of community imaging services including MRI, and a BC Cancer Breast Screening Centre.

The successful candidate must fulfill the requirements of the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules, maintain staff privileges, maintain medical licensure and malpractice insurance, and undertake a reasonable amount of continuing medical education. Recruitment will proceed as per the FHA Medical Staff Bylaws.
