In this Project Manager/Estimator role, you’ll be deeply involved in the planning and execution ofplex electrical builds. You’ll take ownership of cost estimation, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring every detail is accounted for from concept topletion. You’ll interpret plans and specifications, prepare detailed estimates, manage procurement and budgeting, and work closely with site teams to guide staffing strategies and maintain project timelines.
You’ll also play a key role in reviewing bids, maintaining cost databases, and leading post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, strategic position where your leadership will help shape the future of each project.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you’ll bring two to three years of experience in electrical project management or estimating, ideally supported by a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. FSR-A certification is a strong asset. You should befortable using tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, Blue Beam, and Procore, and have a solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
