About the Role:
At NuWave, we’re redefining how materials are processed. Our patented microwave-assisted systems power breakthroughs in food, recycling, advanced materials, and beyond. We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on clarity, structure, and technical coordination. You’ll be the hub that keeps engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership aligned—ensuring each custom NuWave system moves from design to delivery smoothly and predictably.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain project schedules for custom microwave systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between engineering, procurement, and production.
• Track part readiness, long-lead items, and component dependencies.
• Run milestone reviews, document decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Manage risks, escalate issues early, and maintain structured project logs.
• Support FAT prep, logistics coordination, and customer delivery planning.
• Keep MS Teams channels, MS Planner boards, and shared dashboards up to date.
• Use AI tools to generate summaries, decision logs, and clear documentation.

• Reduce last-minute surprises by tightening part readiness and schedule visibility.
• Implement standardized project templates and Planner workflows across teams.
• Increase coordination between engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Deliver custom microwave systems with smoother execution and cleaner communication.

Who You Are:

• Confident working with engineers, fabricators, and technical teams.
• Strong with MS Planner, Teams, Excel, and modern collaboration tools.
• Comfortable learning technical details and translating them into project plans.
• Proactive, steady under pressure, and clear in your communication.
• Experienced in manufacturing, custom equipment, automation, or engineered systems.
• Skilled at balancing technical depth with practical execution.
