Bilingual Game Presenter; Mandarin​/Cantonese​/English – Customer Service

As a Game Presenter, you will spend most of your working day in front of the camera hosting classic casino‑style games like blackjack, roulette and baccarat.

The studio runs 24/7, engaging customers throughout Canada.

• Start earning $17.85–$24.00/hour (including base pay and tips), with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 in monthly performance bonuses! (Eligible for performance bonus after probationary period)

• Customer service first attitude
• Fluency in English and the ability to read either Mandarin or Cantonese are required.
• Availability for full-time, rotating shifts including overnight shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am), as well as weekends.

• Age 19+
• Full‑time availability for shifts including overnight (11pm-7am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, and obtain Provincial Gaming License (sponsored by the company)
• Wear an assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Must be comfortable wearing theatrical make‑up (foundation, blush)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills
