Registered Care Aide​/Health Care Aide​/Caregiver

• FLEXIBLE hours - visits as Ranging from 3 hrs. to 12 hrs. per shift, from 2 times to 6 times a week.

• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Service the BURNABY, NEW WESTMINSTER, & TRI-CITIES area

• You have to be COMPASSIONATE, KIND, CARING and want to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the life of a senior!
• Loves to care for others!
• 1 year experience
• Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English, other languages are an asset
• BC Care Aide registration number or International Health Care Experience
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset but not a requirement
• Negative TB test
• Valid CPR/ First Aid Training Certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Professional References

COVID-19 precautions

Minimum Hours Per Shift: 3 hours (can be stacked with other shifts, but not a guarantee)

Maximum Hours Day: 8 Hours (OT for approval)
