In this role, the Workforce Manager Integration Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing integration solutions using the Boomi platform to connect different applications, data, and systems.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements from clients, creating integration workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data consistency. The role requires technical skills in Boomi
, APIs
, and data transformation, combined with strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with both technical and business teams.

• Requirements Analysis: Work with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements between enterprise applications, such as ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Design and Development: Design and build integration processes, workflows, and APIs using the Boomi integration platform, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
• Implementation: Build and manage integrations using various connection protocols and ensure seamless data exchange between client systems.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions and manage the deployment of integrations to production environments.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of data flows.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Create detailed technical documentation for all integration activities and configurations.
• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external clients, and conduct training sessions to ensure understanding for integration functionalities and capabilities.
• Client support: Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the integration lifecycle.

• Proficiency in the Boomi platform, including various connectors and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of web services (SOAP and REST APIs) and data formats like XML and JSON.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy Script
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL) and experience with ERP/CRM systems integration is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related business experience
• Relevant Boomi certifications (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer, API Management Certification) are highly advantageous
