Description

The applicant would benefit from knowledge of online programs Trello and Skedda.

The applicant would benefit from knowledge of film equipment and film production.

Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the warehouse.

Vet customers arriving for pickups and returns to ensure that appointments are adhered to.

Advise Client Service team regarding ASAP and unplanned customer visits.

Maintain up-to-date information of the statuses of current customer pickups and returns.

Actively direct vehicles into the appropriate spaces and physically greet arriving drivers whenever possible.

Act as a liaison between customers, other Rentals Desk Coordinators and Floor Staff by eliciting initial visit information from customers and relaying to the appropriate teams.

Check in with clients throughout a transaction to ensure quality service.

Direct customer feedback notes to the appropriate Supervisor or Manager.

Access digital systems to accurately ascertain which orders should ship with each driver.

Assist in the management and organization of pull and return list throughout the life cycle of the order, including scanning and digital filing of manual paperwork and long-term storage.

Perform check-ins and check-outs of equipment.

Advise the Manager, Rental Operations of any equipment, staff, or operational challenges.

Ensure compliance with all WCB requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Base Pay Range
25.18 - 34.61
