Meaningful work you will be a part of- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Providing end‑user support and delivering excellent customer service through ITSM tools.
- Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and patch management to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Documenting processes and creating knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end‑users in a professional manner.
