• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
• Providing end‑user support and delivering excellent customer service through ITSM tools.
• Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and patch management to maintain a secure IT environment.
• Documenting processes and creating knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end‑users in a professional manner.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
