Will train Work setting - Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
- Poultry processing plant Tasks
- Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Grind meats
- Cut poultry into parts
- Light cleaning duties Work conditions and physical capabilities

- Hand-eye co-ordination
