Security Field Support Supervisor – Burnaby / Graveyard Shift

Join SSRG as a full‑time Field Support Supervisor, responsible for field staff support and supervision. The role requires strong knowledge of company policies and procedures, with additional operational duties as needed.

• Conduct briefings for special coverage assignments
• Perform impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments
• Assist with alarm response and building patrols
• Liaise between clients and site staff in emergency situations
• Conduct staff follow‑up meetings for disciplinary issues
• Provide intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries
• Deliver uniforms and other items to field staff
• Audit reports
• Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of security experience
• Valid BC Security License
• Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1 / Basic Level First Aid
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
• High school diploma (post‑secondary education preferred)

• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, report writing)
• Strong computer skills (Tracktik software)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building positive relationships
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good physical condition

Graveyard shift: 09:00 pm – 09:00 am (12‑hour shifts)

• Reports directly to the Operations Manager
• Regular interaction with Security Officers, Supervisors, and Fusion Security Management

• Starting wage: $23 per hour
