Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused security professional for the position of Field Support Supervisor (Full Time).
The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for field staff support and supervision. Strong knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures will be required. Other operational roles and duties in a supportive capacity may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities
- Conducting briefings for special coverage assignments
- Conducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments
- Assisting with alarm response and building patrols
- Liaising between clients and site staff in emergency situations
- Conducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issues
- Conducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries
- Delivering uniforms and other items to field staff
- Auditing reports
- Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of security experience
- A valid BC Security License
- Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1/Basic Level First Aid
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- High school diploma is required at a minimum, however, post-secondary education is preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report writing)
- Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Good physical condition
Schedule: 09:00 pm-09:00 am (12-hour shifts)
Reporting Structure
- This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
- The successful candidate will be required to regularly interact with all Security Officers and Supervisors, as well as various members of Fusion Security Management.
