Insight Global is hiring an Intermediate/Senior Developer to join the team building a Device Management Platform (ADMP). This is a high-impact role focused on designing and implementing secure, scalable, fault‑tolerant serverless microservices using Node.js and AWS infrastructure. You will collaborate with a small team of engineers to deliver new features, optimize performance, and improve the development experience as product adoption grows.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining cloud‑based microservices, providing constructive code reviews, optimizing delivery workflows, and translating application requirements into robust AWS solutions. You will also contribute to technical documentation and operational procedures.

• 4–8+ years of professional software development experience
• 3–5+ years building microservices on cloud platforms
• Experience with React
• Proficiency with SQL and No
  
  SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Understanding of networking principles and cloud security best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers

• Knowledge of GDPR and European cloud compliance requirements
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)

• Salary range: $80,000–$110,000 CAD per year
