Possible progression onto a full‑time role after the apprenticeship.

• Qualify leads by phone, email, or chat to understand requirements.
• Support maintenance of demo stock, including adding updates and recording chair locations.
• Update leads maintenance via the RGK CRM system.
• Follow up on lead enquiries to promote upselling and support mobility advisors via phone/email.
• Assist with product handover planning if required.
• Photograph events and products for the online shop and lifestyle campaigns.
• Add tasks to mobility advisors’ calendars if required.
• Represent the company at appropriate events, trade shows, and visits.

On completion of this 12‑month apprenticeship you will have gained your Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 Qualification.

Monday‑Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm;
Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
